Party time! or Private hire

During the winter the parties are available between 9am – 10:30am, 4pm – 5:30pm/6pm  (please ask if this is not suitable and we maybe able to do it another time)

In compliance with Government Guidelines we are currently able to provide Private Hire as an Under 18’s activity.*

PARTY PACKAGES:

Our party package option 1 costs £155 and includes:

• Up to 12 children and 15 adults

• 90 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue;

• Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children. (Please notify us of any allergies)

• Optional adult platters on request £16 each or 2 for £30; Pastries such as croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon whirl, fruit pastries (these may vary slightly subject to availability). The sandwiches are in 1/4s & there will be 24 1/4s, crisps & salad. You can choose from the fillings on our menu & there can be up to 2 different sandwich combinations per platter.

• Covid-19 compliance

Our party package option 2 costs £185 and includes:

• Up to 16 children and 16 adults

• 2 hours exclusive hire of our role play venue;

• Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children. (Please notify us of any allergies)

PRIVATE HIRE PACKAGE:

Our private hire costs £100 and includes:

• Up to 12 children and 15 adults

• 90 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue for your family and friends to use;

• A staff member serving food and drinks (please note all food and drinks must be purchased from the cafe only)

Please note all adults / children over the age of 11 are required to wear face masks when moving around the cafe but may remove them when eating / drink at individual tables. Adults must observe social distancing rules. Please note we have a reduced maximum capacity presently.  Adult numbers must not exceed 15 people.

Private hire is available on Saturdays and Sundays, please contact us for timings.

From time to time we change the play areas to give the children a new section to explore. This happens every few months or if there is a special event (e.g. Christmas). Therefore a section may be changed for a completely different theme from when you booked your private hire event to the actual day. Please note we do not change the train, pirate ship or the fire engine as they are permanent pieces of play equipment.
