You are booking a party at Kids Play Cafe in New Milton – £25 deposit is due after you place your order via bank transfer (if you have problems making payment please contact us) – please let us know if you have to cancel your party. Please email customer@kidsplaycafe.co.uk – BUGGY STORAGE ~ Please bear in mind our buggy area at New Milton is outside (in front of the cafe window), there is a cover for the buggies so they don’t get wet. Where possible if you can try to bring a stroller rather than a large pram we would be most grateful. If you do have a tiny baby, you’re welcome to take in the carry cot or car seat and leave the wheels only in the buggy pen. We do have a bouncer for them as well. We like to keep the carpet fresh and clean for all the gorgeous crawling babies. PLEASE NOTE: All party deposits are non-refundable. They are only transferable to another date when minimum 1 months notice is given due to time needed to resell the party.

PARTY PACKAGES: Our party package option 2 costs £185 and includes: • Up to 16 children and 16 adults • 2 hours exclusive hire of our role play venue; • Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children.
