You are booking to come and play at Kids Play Cafe in Charminster – Please let us know if you no longer need the table ~ Feel free to bring some warm socks or even your slippers to wear in the cafe as all customers take their shoes off on arrival (adults too). The price per session is £5 per child and 2 free adults are free with a family. Pre-walkers are free with a paying sibling and do not need to be counted when booking. If you only have a pre-walker then entry fee applies as you are booking a table. Limited space is available for buggies at the front of the cafe, if you have a small baby you can take the carry cot in with you and leave the wheels at the front entrance please, we also have baby bouncers available in the cafe, just ask us for one. ~ PLEASE NOTE: All table bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless 24 hours notice is given due to time needed to resell the table. If the there is just you and one child you can book either a 1 adult and 1 child table OR 2 adults and 1 child table as they are the same price (£5). More information on booking your table ~ You can book a table for a play session at Kids Play Cafe; there are a limited number of bookable tables in each session. Pre-walkers who may sit on an adult’s lap / use a highchair and are free entry when accompanying a paying sibling). If you only have a pre-walker and no other children you pay £5 as you are booking a table. ~Please only select a table suited to your group size, if there is not a suitable table size please email us on customer@kidsplaycafe.co.uk or visit our information about group bookings – www.kidsplaycafe.co.uk/group-bookings/ ~
On arrival in to the entrance of the cafe we allow one booking at a time to take shoes off (please feel free to bring slippers or warm socks with you) and leave your buggy at the front as they are not allowed in the play cafe, you can take carry cots or car seats and leave the wheels please. ~ You will be charged £5 per child and up to 2 adults are free of charge per family ~
Please contact us if you no longer require your table. If you wish to cancel or change the date of booking this must be done 24 hours before the morning of the booked session (no refund or transfer credit will be made otherwise). Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session are non-refundable and no refunds or transfer credit will be made if you do not attend your booked session. ~ Please see terms and conditions for more information.
