Party time!
Do you want a fun & engaging party for your little one? Do you want a stress free party? Let Kids Play Cafe look after the party for you, all you do is bring the cake and party bags and show up to enjoy it.
Choose a date/time from these below and book it straight away, just click on the date you would like and pay £25 deposit, the remainder is then due the week before the party. If you can not see the date you require please fill in the form at the bottom of this page and request the date you would like. We offer parties on either Saturdays or Sundays, times may vary.
A little information about the day…
On the day, please arrive 15 minutes before the party starts so you are there to welcome your guests. Our member of staff will run through the party with you then. We ask all adults and children to remove their shoes when entering the cafe as we like to keep it nice and clean for the little ones. You are welcome to bring indoor shoes/slippers with you to wear if you wish to.
You may bring your own cake and party bags along if you would like to. Any special requests need to be emailed directly to us before the party for approval please. You can bring your own decorations and balloons, however we do ask you take them with you when you leave and only use blue tack to place them on the walls. There is limited time to put up decorations you have brought with you but we will do our best to help you. We will lay out the tables in a long row and put party table covers on them. We also put up a banner on the wall saying Happy Birthday. For fire and safety reasons standard candles must be used on the cake rather than a sparkler.
