BRONZE PARTY PACKAGE: £170 – 12 children, 20 adults (90 minutes, available at 9:30am-11am or 3:30pm-5pm):
Our Bronze Party Package costs £170 and includes: • Up to 12 children and 20 adults • 90 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue; • Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children. (Please notify us of any allergies and we can cater for them). A £25 deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve your party.

Our Gold Party Package costs £195 and includes: • Up to 16 children and 25 adults • 120 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue; • Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children. (Please notify us of any allergies and we can cater for them). A £25 deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve your party.

BRING YOUR OWN FOOD (BYOF) PARTY PACKAGE: £175 – 16 Children + 25 adults (2 hours, 2pm-4pm):
Our Bring Food Party Package costs £175 and includes: • Up to 16 children and 25 adults • 120 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue. Bring your own food. All drinks must be purchased in the cafe. A £25 deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve your party.
You are booking a party at Kids Play Cafe in Charminster 2024 – £25 deposit is due now and the remaining amount is due the week before the party.

PLEASE NOTE: All party deposits are non-refundable.
• The balance must be paid 7 days prior to date of party.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of balance by the due date.
• Children must be supervised by carers / parents whilst visiting Kids Play Cafe. Feel free to bring some warm socks or even your slippers to wear in the cafe as all customers take their shoes off on arrival.
